With the dietary and lifestyle changes, one of the that has become apparent it’s that if I am to eat high-quality vegetables at the volume I’m talking about I’m either going to go broke buying organics or I’m going to grow my own.
I’ve been reading books by Elliot Coleman and the companion gardener. These have inspired me to grow health from the ground up. I’m leaning to feed the soil, feed the plants, and feed the microbiome of the ground and of my body. I’ve already begun to see drastic improvements just by increasing the nutrient density of my diet and tracking it, but as the idea of a garden manifests itself step by step my excitement grows.
