I’ve got a lot to share with you since I posted last. A lot has happened. In short, diet has become one of the most important things in my journey, and I’ll be sharing that here.
The smoothie in the picture is made up of a half avocado, almond milk, and several cups of raw collard greens. Since then, they have only improved as I’ve added bananas, dates, coconut oil, peanut butter, and Coco powder to them.
I always thought smoothies were a “nice to have” add-on to a healthy lifestyle, for the most highly committed. After the last week, I’m convinced that they are a brilliant solution that is quick, easy, and could be the gateway to a healthier you.
